前屈(かが)みの人
身体の柔軟性が減少して困る動作は、振り返り以外にもあります。
前に屈むときなど、腰を痛めたり、太ももの裏が突っ張って思うほど
屈めなかったりします。

これもいろんな部位で起きている動きです。まずは首(頚椎)だけだと
こんな感じです↓俯(うつむ)く人

これに背中(胸椎)が合わさるとこんな感じになります↓俯く人2です

そして、股関節で曲げるパターンであれば、こんな感じです↓
前にあるものをじっと観察、あるいは匂いを嗅いでいる女の子です。

きちんとしたお辞儀をするとき言われる角度は、股関節の曲がる角度
を指しています。背中を丸めずに、首も俯(うつむ)かせず行うことが
特に接客業に就く人に指導(新入社員など)されますね。
いずれも、
振り返りの動作と同様に、どこかの関節の動きが低下してしまうと、
他の部位に負担がかかったり、うまく屈めなかったり、腰を痛めて
しまう可能性が出てきます。
