前屈みの身体
前屈みや俯くときに曲がる部位も振り返りと同じです。
首と胸椎・腰椎、そして股関節が主な部位です。

首(頚椎;7つの骨からなる)で曲がるのは全体で約45度です。
その下にある胸椎(12個の骨からなる)と腰椎 (5つの骨からな
る)は曲がりの角度として、それぞれ約30度〜40度、約50度です。
合わせて90度くらいになります。
股関節の曲がる角度は、膝を曲げると約120度、膝を伸ばしたままだと
人により異なってきます。これは、太ももの裏にあるハムストリングス
という筋肉が硬くて伸びづらくなっていると、股関節が曲がるのを邪魔
するからです。神経が伸ばされて(坐骨神経)足の方へ放散する痛み
が生じる場合も股関節の動き(屈曲)が制限されます(腰椎椎間板
ヘルニアの場合など)。
全体を曲げると、うずくまる姿勢になります↓

首を曲げなければ、しゃがみ込みの姿勢ですね↓

また、
背中を伸ばしたまま屈んだり、目一杯身体を前に曲げたりするには、
特に股関節の曲がり方が重要になってきます。

先ほど述べたハムストリングスの硬さがあったりすると、思うように
身体が曲がらず、腰(腰椎)などに負担がかかり、腰痛の原因にもなり
ます。股関節がまずしっかり曲げられるかを確認の上で、ハムストリン
グスのストレッチなどをする必要があるかもしれません。
